 | This prize goes to the homebrew club with the most points after the competition: 1st places gets 5 pts, 2nds get 3, 3rds get 1. We total them up by club, and the top club wins! BOS wins get 5, 3, and 1 additional points for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd BOS. Get your club together and BRING IT. Rebel Brewer is on a mission to do our little part to improve the overall quality of home brewed beverages all across the country, by providing fresh ingredients, the right ingredients, the right tools and through brewing education. By bringing brewers and brew clubs together and encouraging involvement in clubs and in competitions. And to extend our reach not only to existing brewers, but also to brewers that don't know that they are yet. We also stand ready to face the challenge of improving the reputation that Homebrew has with the uninitiated. A reputation that has been sullied over the years by unfair advertising by the Major Breweries, and by the sub-standard beers that have been made (and thrown out), by those "just add water" department store type kits. We ask you to join us in our quest to make Homebrew more of a norm than an exception. | | BEST OF SHOW SPONSOR: HOP CITY |

| | - REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.
- The Competition Wizard guides you through the entry process and assists in entering the beer into the correct category. The Competition Wizard will also generate bottle labels and provide a tracking number for the beer. The label must be attached to the bottles with a rubber band. These labels contain brewer information and will be removed before the Judges see the bottle. Entry fees ($5 per beer CHEAP!) can be paid by check (made out to Barley Mob) or credit card payments through PAYPAL. See the Rules Page for further details.
- Homebrew Competition Judges/Stewards Registration Wizard
- Note this is a BJCP certified competition. BJCP judges and Barley Mob members will be given preferential assignments. This is a medium sized competition with 4 separate flights that will be judged. You will only be guaranteed a judging spot if you register to judge and you receive confirmation from the judge coordinator that you have been assigned.
- Judging will begin at 8:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 12th, 2009. Awards will be presented Saturday night.
Both Clarion and Holiday Inn hotels are located in downtown Chattanooga, TN. The Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel is RIGHT NEXT TO THE TERMINAL BREWHOUSE. If you have any questions contact Tony Giannasi via the Contact Page or 423-762-8741.
