A local Beekeeper showed up at the U-Brew last week. He's interested in homebrewing and making mead and he's willing to barter too. He told me he has about 45 gallons of the Fall honey left and he'd get about $40 a gallon (1gallon = 12 lbs so comes out to <$3 per pound --and no shipping cost). Natural, unpasturized honey. I've encouraged him to try to come to some Barleymob events.
